our development has a 55,000 gallon steel pool painted with a rubber based paint . we have a 100 cartridge filter system with a Raypak 720 heater - we filled the pool and add the appropriate amount of calcium chloride and sodium bicarbonate to get the PH and hardness and alkalinity to the appropriate levels.

as soon as we turn the heater on a white precipitate begins to appear on the bottom and sides of the pool - ( I believe it is calcium) and as soon as people begin to swim the pool clouds up

we keep the temperature ate about 84 F

any ideas ?

Help!!!

What we teach on the forum is all geared on precision test results. Can you post your numbers and tell us the test you used to get them?

I think it may be calcium, too but I need your test result for CH and all your other tests
