    Adding hose to pump

Hi I added about 25ft of black hose to my pump outlet. Its a 10ft 36inch pool, it still pumps all the way but I have a lot of air in the hose. Is this from my pump not being strong enough or bad hose layout? If so how should I layout my additional hose? thanks.
