Options for upgrading a 10 year old Jandy Powercenter

I have a Jandy wireless Powercenter with a Jandy PS4 PDA and Jandy SWG system. The system was installed in late 2006. The system is EXTREMELY slow to connect and to respond to the remote. I'm curious if there are options to update the existing system for better performance or if I should just replace it.

Here's the rev level of the components on my system.

PPD: PDA 1.2
J-Box: 1.29
Handheld: 1.38

I don't need cutting edge tech nor do I want the system accessible over the web. If there are any older model chips, boards, or software updates that will reduce the latency/response times I'd be content. Any additional features or functionality would be icing on the cake.
