[88Sandman]

Hello to the gang,
Found TFP while researching what to do with a high CYA reading.
Built in 1988
15000 gal pool/spa, originally plaster, now resurfaced with fiberglass 4 yrs ago.
New pump, with the heater and filter being original.
Looking forward to TFP and all the great info and advice.

Hey there 88Sandman, welcome!

Your options include draining and refilling to lower your CYA, or using a reverse osmosis treatment.

But the best advice I can give you is to make sure you are NOT using chlorine pucks that contain CYA!!
