I have the test bottle from the TF100 kit that says fill pool water to the bottom of the label and R-0013 to the top....does anyone know what the actual volume should be?
I believe you want a 1:1 ratio of pool water to R-0013 reagent. Specific volume doesn't matter provided it's enough for the test and you're not wasting reagent by using too much.
I knew I remembered 7ml from somewhere. So 7ml from the CYA mixing bottle in the Taylor manufactured kits. I think the TF100 CYA mixing bottle is slightly larger.
The exact 1:1 ratio is definitely the important part.
Thanks! It's easy to overshoot, so I think I'm gonig to start using a syringe to measure it out. I have a 5ml syringe, so it helps to know the 1:1 rule to make it easier
