Polaris Booster Pump PB4-60 Capacitor

My Polaris PB4-60 booster pump stopped starting (I can get it started by spinning the shaft and flipping the power), so I believe the Starting Capacitor may be the problem. There is one capacitor located externally on top in it's own housing, but that one seems to be good (I replaced that one, but still doesn't start). Is there another one located inside the rear panel where the power connection is?

It appears there are 4 long bolts (~8-10" long) at the rear of the housing that need to be removed (one of the heads of one screw is stripped and I'm trying to get it loose). I wanted to check if the capacitor I need to replace is behind the rear panel of the housing before I try and exhaust my efforts to get the last long screw out.

There's only the top capacitor. You normally don't want to remove the long screws as they will usually shear off.

OK, thanks! Not sure what the problem is then , since I tried replacing the external capacitor to no avail.
I can get the motor running if I spin it while powering it up....

There might be a centrifugal switch inside. To get to it, you would have to remove the four screws and the back end plate. That does not always go well.
