Hayward Pump Low Speed Not Working

I've got a Hayward Superpump that will run on high speed, but not low speed. I'm just now getting the spa set up from winter (yeah, it's almost July...). The high speed doesn't seem to have the omph it used to, which I suppose may be connected to the problem.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated!

it may be getting to the end of its life, can you take it to a shop and have them look/test it?

Not sure what kind of HP you're looking for but I know the newer two speed options may save a some life. They don't use the high speed all the time. There's one here
