    Rainbow320 low flow

    Anyone have any thoughts?
Just installed a Rainbbow 320 and barely getting a trickle of water flowing in to it.
(Have the see through version and moved the input to the cylinder to the top. )

I won't normally use it (using BBB method) but want it for backup when we are away.

The only way I see any flow is with the metering valve all the way open and the pump turned up to 3450 RPM.
The 320 is in the middle of a straight run of 2" pipe from the filter back to the returns.
I normally run the pump at 1250-1750 RPM.

How much pressure do I need to push water through the this thing?

30k gallon inground gunite, Pentair Intelliflo VS pump, Sta-Rite System 3 Catridge Filter, 2 main drains, 2 skimmers, 4 wall returns, 2 floor returns, 2 Jandy valves, 2 underwater lights (hey, I didn't design this thing...), LoopLoc safety cover for the winter, average chlorine usage over 3 years: 1.2ppm/day, using 12.5% sodium hypochlorite ($3/gal) and following TFP PoolMath directions. Works great!
