Welcome to TFP!!!Your CYA is 0, so you need to add 30ppm of stabilizer in a sock and get that dissolving.
You also need to add chlorine, get around 2ppm of FC in using bleach.
Use PoolMath to tell you how much of what to add.

Well, seems that you have to decide if you are going to maintain your pool to TFP standards ... if so, you need one of the recommended test kits.
Have you added the CYA and FC yet? I certainly hope you have started added chlorine.
