My Intellichlor IC40 unit is running at 100%. I have read the manual and tried to do as described to be able to adjust the % of time it is running. Any ideas ?

If you don't have automation, just use the Less button on the IC40. If you have an Easy Touch, you would do it through settings on the panel (or remote).
