    Enable backwash on Easytouch?

    Hello all,

    I cleaned my cartridge filter today. The EasyTouch manual says I need to place the system into backwash mode to reset the fault in EasyTouch.

    My question is how to do that? I do not see an option within the panel / screen logic.

    I do have the backwash options configured, but I am not quite sure how to activate this mode.

    Appreciate your help!

    Something is not right.

    Please let us know what "Fault" does the EasyTouch say you have???

    Where in the manual does it say to "Place the system into the backwash mode"?

    I assume you pushed the Mode button and placed the system into the "service" mode and then cleaned your filter. One you put the filter back together, you should push the Mode button twice.. once to moves you into timeout and pushing it again moves you into the Auto mode.

    You can reset the system by pressing the "reset" button under the numbers 6 and 7 on the main panel.

    A puzzle to me..
