Just planning for a 2017 install.

Thought I would say hello. Planning right now and will be asking a few questions as I go. My thoughts so far are not the norm for above ground but I plan to pay cash as I go and not finance so a inground is out of the question. Have a great day
In the planning stage, Will be a 2017 install: 18x33 above ground with hard plumbing and inground pump (pump /filter pad will be higher than water level). Tentative at this time, Hayward 1.5hp VS pump and 22" sand filter. Will have 4 returns and 2 skimmers as well as the dual floor drains. A little decking........ well only 1,190 sq ft. Going to install a slide and hopefully a small waterfall (yeah I know that's gonna be a hard one).
