Another newbee starting 1000 gal. Pool

trying to get my reading correct
i cover my pool with styrofoam sheets, insulated the walls and have this little guy on styrofoamed pad under sand to help keep the temp more level.
My question is how do I get the chemistry balanced?

there is a great app in the pool school section that you can enter your current #'s into and your target #'s. It will then tell you what and how much to add.
