I have a Stenner pump hooked up to a 15 gal storage tank (it is dark opaque plastic, not transparent). I have been having trouble maintaining my FC level, and wonder if bleach, once opened out of the bottle and put in a tank, degrades.
I can do a test of the bleach itself easily enough, but wanted to ask this question on the forum. Its possible my bleach's potency has withered away? If so, then I need to come up with a process to refresh the bleach in the tank every X days or weeks.
