Hi all - I am a new owner of a vinyl lined pool. We love the pool so far but the steps are driving me crazy. I would like to understand what I can do to secure the top lip back inside the concrete and seal it so the lip stays down, it is an eyesore. It looks as if there have been attempts made in the pas to seal it down. Is this an indication of any bigger issue or is this common with these steps. I am worried about water getting under there. i would like to seal it an make it look normal. They look to have fit inside the concrete at one time and still do in some places if I push down..
