How do I replace this Spa Air Blower

My pool has an air blower for the spa. The blower no longer works, and needs to be repaired or replaced. It was buried about six inches, and has no identification. Have any of you seen an air pump like this one? The attached picture shows the intake (that has the 'mushroom' cover). The pipes are vertical, coming up out of the ground. The other pipe then turns back down into the ground and heads to the spa. The pump runs on 110VAC.

Any blower will work. Just install it on the end of the air pipe. Best to raise it a bit so debris does not get sucked in.
