My parents just had a Intex Ultra Frame Metal Frame 16ft x 48in above ground pool put up yesterday when their yard was level. It rain over night and now the pool looks uneven. How do they go about leveling the pool while it is up and is it safe to swim in?

Well, if the pool is full, it's almost impossible to do any adjustments. As long as the pool isn't more than about 1" out of level it should be okay. If it's much more than that, safety becomes an issue. Better to be safe than sorry. Good luck, and nice to have you with us.
