Loose coping

One of our coping stones has come loose (ie, i can completely remove it). It appears the glue has come unstuck. Before I head to Home Depot, any tips on best approach to repair? Or is it simply remove, clean area, reapply glue, refill with decking sand?

Danke! Though i think it is as easy as cleaning the glue and resetting the stone...
