Wrinkles in pool

I am back.

The round pool 12 feet. It is verywrinkles.creased, with the bottom at times forming into small "mountins" how and when do i get rid of these wrinkles.

Just as you start filling work from the center out and smooth out and wrinkles you can. Sometimes it helps to pull the bottom from the outside at first and then work from the center out. Do this with at most 1 inch of water or less. Just enough to hold the liner in place. Any more water than that and you wont be able to move the liner from all the water weight
