Aqua rite T-9, power light and led but no other lights

My aqua rite T-9 is showing power but none of the other lights come on. The LED shows 4000. I tested salt and it is 3000. I tried scrolling through diagnostics but the display doesn't change when I hit the button. I tried switching off/auto/super but nothing changes. I powered down, waited a few minutes then powered up. No change. I don't even get the usual no flow light on start up. I'm not sure if it is generating because this problem just started.
