Pool store uses an electronic water tester - accurate?

The pool store I have been using to test my water uses this kit

Is this thing accurate? I'll be getting a kit (TF-100 not available in Canada so the 2006 when I can find a source up here).

In the meantime, can I trust the pool store results with the electronic tester?

The Waterlink Express is one of the better systems, but the quality of the results still depend on the knowledge and consistency of the operator. The fancier test systems give the operator more ways to make mistakes than the less expensive systems do.

In practice, yes you can probably trust the results. But don't count on anything 100%.
