I have an s200 that has started to seep slightly around the metal ring at the top. My question is can I use a good epoxy on the inside to stop this leak. I have priced new filter heads and would be almost as good to buy new filter. I am on a budget and this needs to last as long as I can make it last.

I took the inspection cover off today, o ring looks fine may replace anyway. I see fine cracks along the inside. Started it up today still slight seepage. May try to put a light film of epoxy over the fine cracks.
