help pump seems to be working

I have a above ground coleman 1648. The pump is pumping ,everything seems like it's working, but my filter is staying somewhat clean. My pool is cloudly. I know it has something to do with the pump

    Welcome to TFP!

Cloudy water is nearly always a chemistry problem, not a pump problem. Usually low chlorine level results in cloudy water. Algae usually follows if the chlorine level is fixed quickly.
