Low Flow on SWS

We just set our pool up recently and haven't even used it yet. I have a couple of other threads going on chemicals, etc....

Yesterday, we added an SWS to our Sand Filter Pump. I followed all the directions and let the sand filter run for 24 hours like it said.

This morning, I went to turn the SWS pump on and for a few seconds, everything was okay. Then, it began beeping and said "LOW FLOW".

I turned everything off and went through the process that I had to do when I first hooked up my sand pump (let the air out of the valve, etc....), but when I turned everything back on, I still have the same problem.

I don't know what to do now.

Help???

What pump are you running
What is the pressure on the filter at?

If the flow is to low the SWG will not turn on (safety)

We figured it out. It needed to be backwashed! Thank you though.
