Protect solar cover when not in use

I just purchased a solar blanket/cover for my above ground pool and the saddle hooks to hold it while we are swimming. I have read that direct sunlight is harmful to the solar blanket when it is not on the pool. How am I supposed to protect it from the sun while it is laying in the hooks?

I am new to this forum (and to pool ownership in general) so any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks!

I was supposed to keep that white ripstop bag mine came in? Oops, I threw it away already. I can't imagine shoving my cover back in there anyway honestly. I made the DIY cover roller, and I just plan on rolling mine up and putting them in my storage room.
