Intex fountain and pump running while in the pool

Why does intex make a fountain if you are not supposed to be in the pool when the pump is running?

I have that fountain and use it all the time. It's fine.

That is probably just due to US liability nonsense suits. My pump runs 24/7.

fountains also serve the purpose of cooling the water and providing aeration to raise pH, so perhaps one might be doing that without being in the pool.

I just like the look and sound of a fountain whether I'm in the pool or not. :sun::splash:
