PoolMath question

When I put my pool size and all of my current numbers into the PoolMath tool, it gives me a normal range for the suggested FC levels. In my case it says the normal range for FC level is 2 to 6. Is this the range I should try to maintain FC levels, so that the pool is safe for swimming? If not, what is the recommended FC level to maintain?
