Just wanted to give a quick update and thank everyone for their help. Went on vacation had son add 2 gallons bleach every evening in hopes of not completely loosing any progress. Well praise the Lord came back and have maintained great readings every since. Before I left I had taken apart ladder and scrubbed for second time. I believe that to have been my source.
