How Much Room Around The Outside?

I would like to order an 18 x 52 Intex Ultra Frame pool. But when I measure the yard, I will only have one foot of extra space on 2 sides of the pool. I have lawn curb block that can't be removed. Is 1 foot enough? I really want the 52 inch deep pool but the don't carry one in 16 foot size.

Hi, welcome to TFP! It may be kind of tight getting in there and putting the pool together where you only have a foot of space to work with. Try getting a garden hose and mark out the layout of the pool with the hose, or trace the layout with a bag of flour. This will give you a better idea of how the pool will sit in your yard and whether or not you will have enough space to move around and assemble the pool.

I used to have an 18' X52" intex pool with a 4" clearance on two sides. It was tight but doable. One side was a deck with a bar rail even with the top rail of the pool. My dogs used to jump in the pool from that bar rail.
