Our pool was renovated eight years ago and we had the Polaris EOS Command Center installed. It's had a few glitches over the years, but now the control pad has gone black, dead! The people that installed it says its obsolete and parts are unavailable... True or False? They also say the Jandy Color lights in pool and spa won't coordinate with the new Jandy Aqua Link they propose to install. True or False? What's best, the Jandy Aqua Link or the Pentair? Thanks!

Thanks for the reply! We decided on the Pentair System... and the Jandy light works. Not as easy to change color nor as many color options as the Pentair light, but it works the same as it did with the Polaris eos, using a sequence of on - off to change color. It's ok, but a pain in the butt and inconsistent. My wife loves the easy to operate multi-color options of the Pentair so we're having it replaced with the Pentair light.
