Liner pool coping Bullnose or Concrete

What is the best option for the coping on a liner pool? Originally I thought it would be better to pour a concrete border 12 to 18" around the pool, then lay pavers up to the concrete. Does there seem to be any issues with putting say a brick paver coping in regards to getting the liner in and how does it look inside the pool with the mortar bed the paver sits on?

Sorry about the slow response. I have no experience with liner pool installs, but there should be members that can offer opinions and maybe pictures.
