New liner going to be refilling pool from zero. Actual volume around 30K. Using pool match calculator I'm coming up with a need for over 750lbs of salt. Really?!

make sure you test your water before you add, sometimes even on a new fill you will have salt already in the water... if no salt then yes, it is about that much... grab the blue bag from Lowes, its the cheapest I found but check around...

The salt bags weight 40 lbs, so it comes to roughly 19 bags.
Most of us use Diamond Crystals solar salt, but any brand is fine as long as its 95% or more pure and doesnt have any additives, such as Iodine. It will say how pure it is on the bag and if it contains additives.
As Jblizzle says, you can save a bit of money. Solar is a couple or 3 dollars a bag cheaper. (4.38 at lowes vs about 7.00 average retail). The only difference is the salt grains are larger and so it takes solar salt a little longer to dissolve than the pool salt.
The time difference is not large, only about 1/2 hour, depending on how well your pool circulates and how much you brush it around.

Thanks guys! Thought it was probably right, but didn't want to accidently create a new Great Salt lake.
Add about 80% then brush well and retest after 24 hours. That way you're less likely to add too much.

Please remember to let your water circulate continuously WITH THE SWG OFF for 24-48 hours after you add the last bag of salt and to brush a lot. Vacuuming isn't a bad idea either.
Too many people add their salt and then turn on their SWG too soon then get all kinds of crazy salinity readings and salinity alarms. Believe it or not it takes A LONG TIME for the salt water to homogenize as salt water is more dense. Most pool water circulation is terribly inefficient on a good day so homogenization takes a while.
If you can, add the salt and let a few dozen kids from neighborhood play in the pool and throw salt crystals around. Splashing swimmers is a good way to mix the water.
