ANyone rebuld a polaris?

I have a Polaris 360 and it started running erratically. I stuck it in a plastic bag and bought a kreepy Crawly. God tired of buying D.E. Was thinking of buying a Nitro robot, but thought about the 360 and possibly doing a rebuild. I think the kits are about $200. Anyone ever do that? The alternative is to spring for a 280, but I'd sooner have a robot for that king od money. Seems the Nitros do not have a lot of reviews on them and I'd hate to spring for an unknown even if it is cheap.

Anyway, Rebuild comments or ANY comments most welcome. Thanks.

Dan

Rebuilding a 360 is pretty easy. I'm not sure what's in the 'kit', but you'll need new bearings, clamps, a belt kit, and an o-ring for the stand pipe. Only tool you'll need is a phillips head screw driver.

It's also a good idea to invest in a new head float while you're at it.
