    Pentair/Compool CVA-24 Automation

I'm thinking of using a Raspberry Pi to control the CVA-24. Does anybody know what the different pins on the 3-pin CVA-24 Cable do?

If I send 24V to them can I get it to open and close? I assume it's not expecting a digital signal.

Center is the common leg. 24VAC applied to one leg turns the actuator one direction, applied to the opposite leg turns the other direction. Cams inside the actuator will hit switches to stop the rotation.

Thanks much. Anyone have any ideas on how to send 24V from the Pi? A relay, perhaps?
