Raypak 2100 heater electrical issue?

Welcome to the forum. A few things to start, if you have an ohmeter. Pull the wires off the terminal for the firemans switch. If thats ok, then try the same on the pressure switch.

Even though the pilot is lit, you have a millivot system, you have to have the correct amount of millivolts coming from the pilot generator in order for the system to work. You could also not have enough water pressure coming into the heater or a bad pressure switch. Any number of things. If you have a volt/ohm meter you can start checking many of these things yourself. If you do not, hire a company to check the unit out.

Where are each of these switches? We have tried looking at the manual online, but it hasn't been helpful.

We have the meter thingy, but no idea what part is which. The manual doesn't help very much...

I think we have figured out that there is not enough millivolts. We are supposed to have around 700, and it is reading around 200. How does this happen and what can be done to fix it?
