Story on the Today Show about dirty public pools

Did anyone see the story about public pools and water parks on the Today Show this morning? The reporter went to multiple places and had the water tested. Every test came back with some kind of bacteria except for one pool which the reporter said had a "sky high" chlorine reading of 10ppm. Funny that that pool was the only one without an issue .
