Spa jet part needed

Any suggestions on where to find the black spa jet part pictured, in Houston area (Friendswood). I've tried Leslies and they have no idea. Tried calling the builder but he was no help. The pool is 8 years old.

Well, Inyo came back with no joy....they don't have anything like it.

Any other ideas? This is nuts I can't find one, or someone who can.
