Restarting a Slam

Was out of town last week and with the storms of Texas I returned to a dark green pool again.... I measured my chemicals and here are the results

Chlorine 0, CH 200, CA 0, TA 100 and pH 8.0.

I have the acid to lower the pH but wanted to know if I need to raise my CYA from 0 before I start slamming. I looked at the Chlorine/CYA chart to figure out my shock level and the instructions read the lower the CYA the lower chlorine level needed bring to shock. The chart starts at CYA 20 shock level 10 but doesn't advise what to do if CYA is less than 20 or 0.

CA above should be CYA 0...

Zero CYA means shock level is 10 FC.

You can go ahead and add some CYA to get to 30 or so and just assume it's all there and start targeting 12 FC.
