need to move filter and pump

I am a new pool owner, I set up a 24 ft. round pool. I over looked the fact that my power source needs to be be buried 18 to 24 inches. The pool sits partially on my septic lines. I want to move the filter and pump approx. 15 ft from where it is now. My question is is it ok to have longer hoses ?

Hello Mike and welcome to TFP. In most cases, pumps can support an additional 15ft with no problem. At some point, don't forget to update your signature with all of that pool and equipment info for us. Nice to have you with us.

Have you considered getting a few adapters like these and hard plumbing the extensions you need?

    Welcome to TFP

Most go to using hard pipe for longer runs, my equipment pad is about 25 feet from my intex pool my build thread below has everything I used to hard pipe the pool in

How partially on you septic lines? I had to build on the side of my property because of the septic system taking 80% of my backyard..
here is my thread on it AG pool over septic leach lines
