Jandy Lite2 connection leaking

I'm opening my pool myself for the first time. The heater is for the pool and a separate hot tub - never once used the heater or the hot tub. Opened the pool and got everything running fine, except water was bubbling out of the heater. I took off the panel and saw that there's an unattached water line with no obvious place to connect it. Anyone have an idea on where it should go, or if it's possible to just cap it off entirely? Pics below:

There is suppose to be a pressure switch attached to it.

The piece that is hanging down in front of everything (right hand side of your second picture) is the pressure switch that is supposed to attach to where the water is coming from.
