I am at work busy as heck and my wife calls ands says she can't feel any water coming out of the returns. Pump is running and pressure is around 18. Skimmers are clear. What do I tell her. Turn off pump? This is our 3rd day enjoying our new pool.

Perhaps the valve is turned so all the return is going to the spa?
What's normal pressure? It's possible the filter is clogged from plaster dust.
When in doubt, shut off the pump and "Wait until your father gets home!"

I would shut it off. It can be a hundred things and that's just not enough info to troubleshoot.
. Pressure sits between 12-18.
