solar rack build with pallets

I have finally purchased a 4 x 20 solar panel for my above ground pool. I do not want it on the roof as I would not be able to repair it due to my fear of heights. I have looked over various rack builds but have not seen one made using pallets. Is there some reason that this would be a horrible idea? What am I not seeing? I bow to the pool gods for an answer. Thanks

The majority of pallets are built from a very low grade of wood that splits easily, however if you can find some that are built from better grades of wood (usually the ones that are intended for multiple reuse pallet exchange pallets, and are painted blue, red or green, you can sometimes find a better grade that are unpainted, but they are usually in between quality at best) it may be worth doing.
