Hello all, new to forum, not new the industry. Having a problem with a pro logic automation system. Heater will only come on through power center in service mode. I tried the customers remote and while it turns on the filter pump and water feature pumps, it won't turn on the heater in "auto" mode.
If this were an Aqualink or easy/intellitouch i know I'd figure it out but I've only seen a handful of the Hayward automation systems over the years and could use some guidance. Of course it's Memorial Day weekend when this bites me in the hind parts and tech support is closed lol
