Saltwater Chlorinator Not producing enough Chlorine

I just installed a Circupool RJ45 this year. How long does it take to get FC levels up from 0-4? I turned the chlorinator on for the first time yesterday. I put it at 15% since my pool is only 18,000 gallons and this one is for a larger pool. I left it running for 24 hrs and checked levels when I got home. FC was only at .5. I filed it olio to 50% and let it go for an hour or so and it was still only at .5. What could be the issue here? My test results are below.

FC- .5
CC- .5
PH- 7.3-7.5
TA- 60
CH- 425
CYA- 50
Salt- 3800

hey there, SWG keep your FC at a level, it will take too much time to get it up to 5FC.. add bleach to 5 FC then run your pump 8 hours on 50% and see if it keeps it there.. if it starts to drop either add more time or up the % on the SWG :)

Also, your CYA is low at 50, try taking CYA to 70, it will make it easier for the SWG to keep up..
