Assistance with Jandy Aquapure error 170

My Jandy Aquapure started beeping and produced an error code of 170. I consluted the manual troubleshooting guide here: http://www.pleasurepoolsno.com/wp-content/themes/pleasurepool_latest/pdf/AquaPure%20and%20PureLink%20Troubleshooting%20Manual.pdf

I tested the Transformer voltage (Pins 1-8) which read 79 - should be 75
Pins 2-7 read 69 - should be 65
Pins 3-6 read 21 - should be 21
Pins 4-5 read 0 since cell will not turn on

Front board test with sensor disconnected
Expected 2.8 - actual 2.8
Expected 75 - actual 74
Expected 91- actual 90

I am trying to figure out if these reading mean the transform is bad (not within range) as well as the front board (not within range either) or if a bad transformer is leading to the bad readings on the front board?

Anyone have any advice on this situation?

Thanks!

I'll let more experienced people correct me if needed, but those voltages don't look bad. Well within natural variations I think.

I can't pull up the pda for some reason, what else does error 170 point to? I think the transformer and board voltages are good enough
