Breeze 540/Jandy Aqualink with PDA

We currently have a Jandy Aquapure 1400 that needs a new front board. Since that part is discontinued, we are thinking of installing a Breeze 540.

We also have the Jandy Aqualink with PDA. Just want to confirm that we can still use the Aqualink and PDA even though we will have a new SWG. I am assuming the Breeze 540 cannot be hooked into the Aqualink.
