New vinyl liner installed today, what first?

So I just had a new liner put in today and currently filling it up with the hose. I assume the cya will be zero. I know that I should have around 35-45 ppm to protect my FC. I have some trichlor tablets, and 3 one lb bags of dichlor shock. Could I just use my tablets and shock to bring my cya level up, then change over to Clorox,or just buy some stabilizer? I would add at least 20ppm of CYA and then you could use the other products to continue to bring the CYA up. Make sure you watch the pH though.

PoolMath at the bottom will tell you how much CYA the tablets and dichlor add.
