Aqualink started on time then 5 minutes later stopped. Won't start.

I changed the battery outside and in the PDA. I hear the relays clicking but no juice to the motors. Help!

The breakers that run the pumps are usually different than the one the Aqualink panel is connected to. Check for tripped breaker either in sub-panel or house main panel. Then check for tripped GFCI lastly look for a reset button on the pump motor.
