Need a new pump. Are there any guidelines here?

Current pump STA-RITE XL-VII "MODERNIZER" PUMP 1 Hp. Bearing is going out of the motor and the pump has been rebuilt several times.

We are open to suggestions. We would like something we could set to run at intervals.
