Need a new flow meter dirt Liquidator. Any ideas? ?

Hi All,
Well it seems my flow meter finally cracked and is not functional any more. Trying to find a replacement and dealing with Hasa is like pulling teeth so I'm looking for an alternative. I currently have the 3/8" set up. I think I find several options but not sure on the ideal flow range. The Hasa is just marked to 5 but 5 what?

Mine cracked a couple years back and I never replaced it. I use a pinch valve to control flow and use the stock valve as a shutoff valve.
